Payment methods

1. Payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
2. Payment via PayPal
3. Via bank account deposit

In the first two cases charging takes place at the moment of completion of the electronic purchase. In the case of a deposit into a bank account, the order commences from the moment the deposit is made into the shop account.

In order to complete your order via bank account deposit, you must deposit the whole amount for your order within 2 days from the date on which your order was logged in writing via e-mail at info@des.org.gr . After that deadline the order will be cancelled and will not be processed.

Important note! All personalised orders and orders from 60€ and above, are sent after prepayment.

Attention:
It is important that you use the same first and last name that you used in your order or the reference number of your order in the justification field of your deposit. If not, you need to inform us via email at info@des.org.gr and give us the name from which the deposit will be made. All transactions are governed by international and European law that regulates issues related to e-commerce, as well as by the law regarding consumer protection which regulates matters related to remote sales.
