– this workshop is organised in cooperation with Hashtag Education*.
Description
This highly practical workshop will look at three ways in which we can help our students:
A New Approach to Writing: Taxes and essays are the two things nobody can escape. However, we can make things much easier for our students by not asking them to write an essay from scratch, but rather to modify something that is already there!
Providing Effective Feedback: How can we help our student when marking students’ writing? We need to give them feedback which is
i) positive
ii) focused and
iii) actionable. This session offers some hands-on practice.
Writing with Pleasure: Writing does not have to be boring; in the last session we will look at four great activities which your students will love!
