This is an introductory workshop to the basics of focusing on solutions rather than on problems.
Description
This workshop is essential so that participants can understand the concept behind this groundbreaking approach and benefit to the maximum during the following workshops. Participants will have the opportunity to work on real-life examples that they will bring along, depending on what is more important to them. By the end of the workshop they will have understood:
- How to replace problem talk with solution talk
- The power of solution-focused questions
- The impact that focusing on resources has and how to apply it in everyday life
