September 7, 2014 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm UTC+2
€30Differentiated instruction is an approach to teaching and organizing a classroom that respects each learner and provides a variety of learning opportunities. In this way, all students can meet success since it enables them to access information through multiple paths, understand it deeply and produce an effective output.
The aim of this workshop is to practically approach the concept of differentiated instruction and assessment by acting as teachers in a mixed ability classroom that have to design and implement differentiated instruction and assessment in order to meet all students’ needs. A simulation of a mixed ability classroom will take place and different cases will be presented.
